**Terms of Service** You are not completely registered until payment has been made. No checks will be accepted after the Friday the week before the event. All payments after the Friday before the event will need to be electronically submitted. We encourage payments to be submitted through our website via paypal or check payable to Slate Valley Basketball (Please mail checks to 77 South Main Street, Fair Haven, VT 05743) Any questions please contact Bob Coloutti at (slatevalleybasketball@gmail.com).

Please note that refunds will not be issued; only credits will be provided. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the event, no credit will be granted. Once the schedule is finalized, we will fill your spot with another team in the event of a withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding.
